Tokorozawa Aviation Memorial Park

The aviation museum was built on the ruins of the Tokorozawa Airport, Japan’s first airport. There are displays such as replicas of early domestic aircraft, and you can learn about Japan’s aviation history.

This establishment utilizes the nature of Saruyama Hill to provide an opportunity to interact with, and think of our relation to nature. The waterbirds paradise, the bugs' forest, the hydrophyte village, the grove of trees, and the butterflies' forest.
