By the road leading up to Chichibu Shrine, you can find this traditional building renovated into a multi-function facility. The facility was born from a wish to make the retro street into a place of human interaction with the power to attract visitors. Here you can find a wide variety of facilities such as an organic Italian restaurant, a bar where you can enjoy 20 different tap beers, an intimate accommodation blending retro and modern style, and much more.

We have prepared 7 different rooms where one can relax. We take pride in seasonal dinner that changes every month. Located in the Nagatoro auto campground, it is built in nature on approximately 66000 square meters of land. 5 minutes away from “Sō”, a glass blowing atelier via car.

This is a house lodge located in the mountain valley with the surrounding enclosed in deciduous trees and the chirping of birds giving one a feel of the season. In the forest, close to the Terasaka Rice Terrace, is a Yuyado (a lodge with a hot spring) of medicinal herbs which is beloved by many as the “Yakusō-no-yu (hot water of medicinal herbs)”. The pride of the lodging is the medicinal herb bath which contains, among other herbs, chameleon plant and Japanese mugwort, allowing for the body to warm up from its core and improving blood circulation. One can expect recovery from fatigue and better skin.

Saitama Prefecture Nagatoro-machi. Established in Taishō 4 (1915), we have walked alongside the history of Nagatoro’s tourism. All of the guest rooms face the garden and Arakawa river, and we are an inn that takes pride in our view of the nationally designated “Nagatoro Iwatadami”. At our inn, we offer a true Japanese atmosphere that can only be experienced at a Japanese inn (There is one western-style room). The basic package is a night including two traditional Kaiseki-style meals, centering around seasonal ingredients from the mountain and river.

“Dohyō Rotenburo (sumo ring open-air bath)” is built with the motif of Kokugikan(Sumo Arena). Birds singing in the spring, the chirps of bugs in the summer. And when you look up at the sky at night, you’ll see a sky full of stars! Feel the nature of Chichibu as you soak in the hot spring.
